Citrus Glazed Salmon



2 cloves garlic (minced)
1" piece of ginger (grated)
Zest of one lime
Juice of one lime
1 tsp fresh thyme (chopped)
1 tsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb. salmon (thick center cut)
1 pinch red pepper flakes or wasabi paste
Olive oil cooking spray


1. Preheat oven to 350º.

2. Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Place salmon into a coated baking dish and pour mixture over top (trying to keep as much on top of the salmon as possible!). Let marinate for 30 minutes.

3. Place baking dish in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
