A cardiovascular workout using the basic techniques of kickboxing to develop overall endurance, conditioning & stamina. Instructor may use kickboxing bags. Hand wraps are suggested although not necessary.

Suspension training is a fast and effective full-body workout. In these challenging and efficient 50-minute sessions you will be coached in small groups to make real changes to the way you look, move and perform month after month. The treadmill equivalent of a Spinning class. These instructor-led classes feature walking and running on floor treadmills. Students alter the intensity by changing speed and/or grade to simulate a varying terrain. This class integrates Kranking with a basic Spinning class and enables you to achieve full-body cardiovascular fitness by doing the ride with either your legs or your arms, or by alternating the two. Workouts are actual Spinning profiles with cueing that allows you to adapt the training to either the Spinner or the Krankcycle. The length of time that you ride the Krankcycle is recommended for you based on your needs and controlled by the instructor.

"Tabata" is a high-intensity training regimen that produces remarkable results. A "Tabata" workout is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds rest, repeated without pause 8 times for a total of four minutes.

Club Circuit is a time efficient, high energy circuit training program. The class starts with a dynamic warm up, followed by intense exercise combining strength, endurance and core training. Each exercise is time based, which allows the participants to exercise at a pace suitable for their fitness level. All club equipment is utilized and each session is unique. Circuit training stations alternate between muscle groups which allow one muscle group to rest while the next is used. This benefit of variability challenges the skills of the participant. Club Circuit trainings are coached by a Personal Trainer in groups of 3 to 6 participants. Sessions are 45 mins.

This class focuses on overall health and introduces seniors to a variety of exercises. It features a progressive, low-intensity, aerobic exercise segment of moderate duration. Included are an adequate warm-up and cool-down period, stretching, and strength exercises. Socializing is strongly encouraged.
