Get lean, toned and strong to the core with BarreFit. This well-rounded workout combines ballet barre work, core strengthening, and stretching using the ballet barre and one's own body weight to isolate, strengthen and sculpt the entire body. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretch section, which will help you achieve a long, lean, and strong physique. *Socks are required.
Floor exercises inspired by the work of Joseph Pilates that strengthen your body's core muscles. Pilates exercises strengthen the body from the inside out.
30-minute indoor-cycling class using a high-performance fully adjustable and stationary racing bicycle. The fundamental techniques and positions presented in Spinning have been carefully selected to ensure a safe, fun, and effective workout for every student. ALL fitness levels welcome.

This class integrates Kranking with a basic Spinning class and enables you to achieve full-body cardiovascular fitness by doing the ride with either your legs or your arms, or by alternating the two. Workouts are actual Spinning profiles with cueing that allows you to adapt the training to either the Spinner or the Krankcycle. The length of time that you ride the Krankcycle is recommended for you based on your needs and controlled by the instructor.
This class emphasizes correct form and posture and blends strengthening of the core muscles with improving core endurance, overall balance and coordination. Techniques include dynamic stabilization exercises for strengthening the abdominal and back muscles and a variety of exercises that challenge both the novice and the experienced member. Exercises will be modified as needed. Props may be used.

When barefoot training meets strength, cardio, and flexibility in one workout. A proactive workout rooted in functional training that will leave you strong, centered, and actively flexible from the ground up.
This class focuses on supportive poses that are restful and rejuvenating even for those who can't perform many physical movements. Relaxation through nourishing postures and simple meditation are used to renew body, mind, and spirit. Typically, these poses require set-up and props and are restfully sustained for 10 minutes or longer.

This moderate to high intensity class focuses on balance and coordination while delivering a full body workout. There is a lot of variety in this class as the instructor incorporates various pieces of fitness equipment into this heart pumping fusion class.
30-minute self-paced sessions will test your cardio and strength. Safely perform exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, and mobility all at the intensity you choose.
This class teaches sequences of flowing postures linked by the breath to detoxify, strengthen, and stretch the body. The selected yoga postures are carefully balanced to build strength and flexibility while releasing accumulated tension.
