This class integrates Kranking with a basic Spinning class and enables you to achieve full-body cardiovascular fitness by doing the ride with either your legs or your arms, or by alternating the two. Workouts are actual Spinning profiles with cueing that allows you to adapt the training to either the Spinner or the Krankcycle. The length of time that you ride the Krankcycle is recommended for you based on your needs and controlled by the instructor.
The Concept 2 "erg" simulates actual rowing and provides one of the most time efficient ways to improve cardiovascular fitness because rowing recruits most of the major muscles. The benefits transfer to a wide range of sports that involve all-around strength and endurance. Each erg is equipped with a performance computer that displays your real-time work output and your heart rate during training.

A cardiovascular workout using the basic techniques of kickboxing to develop overall endurance, conditioning & stamina. Instructor may use kickboxing bags. Hand wraps are suggested although not necessary.

Shotokan Karate-Do is a traditional Japanese martial art with modern ideals. Taught by, Wayne Schokness Sensai, in this class you develop strength and balance through kicking, punching, and sparring drills to develop body mind and spirit. This class incorporates the mind/body experience of Yoga and Pilates and is appropriate for all fitness levels. Participants will gain overall muscular strength and flexibility. Poses and exercises that strengthen the core will be highlighted in each class.

A strengthening Vinyasa class focused on breath and movement. Posses are held for a few breaths to increase strength and endurance. Class includes a cool-down portion with props to increase relaxation and flexibility.
B.K.S. Iyengar developed this yoga style based on an understanding of how the body works. The practice focuses on symmetry and alignment, using props such as straps, blankets, wooden blocks, and chairs to achieve postures. Each pose is held for a longer time than in most other yoga styles. This class differs from the Iyengar-based yoga class because the instructor is certified through the "Iyengar Institute of San Francisco" and has gone through a long and rigorous training program.
