This class integrates Kranking with a basic Spinning class and enables you to achieve full-body cardiovascular fitness by doing the ride with either your legs or your arms, or by alternating the two. Workouts are actual Spinning profiles with cueing that allows you to adapt the training to either the Spinner or the Krankcycle. The length of time that you ride the Krankcycle is recommended for you based on your needs and controlled by the instructor.
This class will challenge the athlete in all of you! Class combines the boot camp concept with sports conditioning. Students will combine strength, flexibility, speed and coordination training in this class. Come ready to jump, squat, lunge, push, crunch and sweat!
This class focuses on supportive poses that are restful and rejuvenating even for those who can't perform many physical movements. Relaxation through nourishing postures and simple meditation are used to renew body, mind, and spirit. Typically, these poses require set-up and props and are restfully sustained for 10 minutes or longer.
