Concentrated muscular resistance work to condition and strengthens the abdomen.
You will experience increased movement and breathe connection to basic yoga postures in a flow yoga class. Focus on alignment and techniques, as well as connect with breathing, relaxation, and meditation skills. The overall result of flow yoga is a full mind/body workout that is appropriate for people of all ages and skill.
All fitness levels are welcome to this class that will focus on improving overall flexibility and joint mobility. Excellent complement to any exercise program. No standing poses. Yoga mat is not required.
