Specialty and Other
Suspension training is a fast and effective full-body workout. In these challenging and efficient 50-minute sessions you will be coached in small groups to make real changes to the way you look, move and perform month after month. Each training session will provide a unique combination of TRX Suspension Training® with other training tools to push your fitness to the next level. You will build functional strength, balance, cardio endurance and greater movement and flexibility at the same time.
The treadmill equivalent of a Spinning class. These instructor-led classes feature walking and running on floor treadmills. Students alter the intensity by changing speed and/or grade to simulate a varying terrain. Structured cardiovascular workouts utilizing heart rate monitors provide excellent conditioning for beginner and advanced students.
Indoor-cycling program using a high-performance fully adjustable and stationary racing bicycle. The fundamental techniques and positions presented in Spinning have been carefully selected to ensure a safe, fun, and effective workout for every student. ALL fitness levels welcome.
"Balance, Agility, Stability & Toning" is a state-of-the-art systematic approach to complete fitness, based on the concepts of strengthening the body's stabilizer muscles.
BLAST routines are designed to:
1) Build static and dynamic joint stability
2) Identify and define the core
3) Introduce & supervise proper movements to work the deep core & powerhouse muscles
4) Develop and improve the body's sense of balance
A high-energy cardiovascular workout using the basic techniques of kickboxing to develop overall endurance, conditioning & stamina. Instructors may use up-tempo music for motivation and timing.
This class teaches sequences of flowing postures linked by the breath to detoxify, strengthen, and stretch the body. The selected yoga postures are carefully balanced to build strength and flexibility while releasing accumulated tension.
Full body workout using tubing, hand-held weights, body bars, balls, and one's own weight for resistance training. Abdominal and stretch exercises included.

A resistance training class that tests your strength, focuses on proper form, and helps you to power up to find the power within.

This class focuses on overall health and introduces seniors to a variety of exercises. It features a progressive, low-intensity, aerobic exercise segment of moderate duration. Included are an adequate warm-up and cool-down period, stretching, and strength exercises. Socializing is strongly encouraged.
Get lean, toned and strong to the core with BarreFit. This well-rounded workout combines ballet barre work, core strengthening, and stretching using the ballet barre and one's own body weight to isolate, strengthen and sculpt the entire body. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretch section, which will help you achieve a long, lean, and strong physique. *Socks are required.
A hybrid class combining the basics of indoor cycling and treadmill training.
Pure Strength is a full body workout using mostly barbells, hand weights, body bars, and your own body weight to improve your strength. It is very effective for muscle endurance and weight loss. Abdominal and stretch exercises included.

The "Reformer" is the workhorse of all Pilates equipment. It will not only assist you through the more challenging exercises, it can add resistance on easier exercises. Pre-requisite is "Intro to Reformer" or 5 Private Sessions.
30 minute low-impact, high-intensity cardio class on the "Pilates Reformer."
This higher intensity practice is designed to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. Recommended for those more experienced with yoga, however beginners are welcome.
Stylized cardiovascular class combining elements of street dance, hip-hop and jazz.
Floor exercises inspired by the work of Joseph Pilates that strengthen your body's core muscles. Pilates exercises strengthen the body from the inside out.
This class fuses the disciplines of core conditioning, Pilates, and yoga to produce long, lean muscles, a flexible, youthful body.
A cardiovascular workout using the basic techniques of kickboxing to develop overall endurance, conditioning & stamina. Instructor may use kickboxing bags. Hand wraps are suggested although not necessary.
Power Flow Yoga has its roots in Ashtanga yoga, which is known for fast-paced movements in which one posture flows into the next. Power Flow Yoga tends to be less structured than Ashtanga and allows the instructor to alter sequences and assign poses in response to the needs of the students. Power Flow Yoga is a fast-paced class with poses that encourages alignment, flexibility, balance, strength, and cardiovascular endurance.

"QiGong" is a gentle moving meditation. The practice provides increased balance, stamina and concentration to decrease stress and promote healing.
Psychoneuroimmunology explores the connection between the psyche, nervous system and immune systems. Mind and body influence each other. Class includes stick stretching, energy warmups and the longevity tree form.
Flow Yoga - Traditional poses, breathing techniques, and increased relaxation. Improve flexibility and add strength to your workout with this type of yoga.
Includes the movement styles of yoga that emphasizes physical postures or asanas. Iyengar and Ashtanga are both forms of Hatha Yoga.
This class will alternate between U-Jam & Zumba weekly. "U-Jam Fitness" - is a hip-hop dance fitness workout that combines dance and high energy music for a workout that is bound to get your hear rate up, your body moving, and make you work up a sweat in no time. "Zumba" is a fusion of Latin dance that combines motivating music with unique moves and combination's that allow the participants to dance away their worries.
Power Kickboxing includes various interval stations to increase core stability & balance and utilizes controlled contact with heavy bags and mitts using gloves and your feet. Define and tone muscles, improve technique and power 14 rounds of fun. - Gloves Required
Yoga core teaches yoga asana and breathing practices to awaken, activate, integrate, and strengthen your core. The deepest layers of abdominal muscle tissue are targeted and connections made to the muscles that work together to mobilize and stabilize the torso. Learning to support with your core in daily activities is emphasized providing a key to a healthy back, to balance and efficiency in movement, and to the prevention and relief of injury.
"U-Jam Fitness" - is a hip-hop dance fitness workout that combines dance and high energy music for a workout that is bound to get your hear rate up, your body moving, and make you work up a sweat in no time at all while having fun!
This class focuses on supportive poses that are restful and rejuvenating even for those who can't perform many physical movements. Relaxation through nourishing postures and simple meditation are used to renew body, mind, and spirit. Typically, these poses require set-up and props and are restfully sustained for 10 minutes or longer.
An introductory yoga class designed with the novice in mind, also ideal for those who prefer a basic approach to yoga.
