This class fuses the disciplines of core conditioning, Pilates, and yoga to produce long, lean muscles, a flexible, youthful body.
This Pilates-inspired class teaches sequences of flowing postures and stabilizing exercises linked by the breath to move, strengthen, and stretch the body. The selected exercises and postures are carefully balanced to build strength and flexibility while releasing accumulated tension.
Pure Strength is a full body workout using mostly barbells, hand weights, body bars, and your own body weight to improve your strength. It is very effective for muscle endurance and weight loss. Abdominal and stretch exercises included.
The "Reformer" is the workhorse of all Pilates equipment. It will not only assist you through the more challenging exercises, it can add resistance on easier exercises. This intro group personal training session is ideal for any beginning Pilates devotee. * Please call in advance for availability.

"QiGong" is a gentle moving meditation. The practice provides increased balance, stamina and concentration to decrease stress and promote healing.
Psychoneuroimmunology explores the connection between the psyche, nervous system and immune systems. Mind and body influence each other. Class includes stick stretching, energy warmups and the longevity tree form.
Take some power walking, add some cycling, cross-country skiing and STEP, then mix in some push-ups, upper back work, bicep curls and abs and you've got one terrific workout!
This deep water aerobics class takes place in the lap pool utilizing flotation belts. It offers participants a good core challenge and cardiovascular work out.

Get lean, toned and strong to the core with BarreFit. This well-rounded workout combines ballet barre work, core strengthening, and stretching using the ballet barre and one's own body weight to isolate, strengthen and sculpt the entire body. Each strength section of the workout is followed by a stretch section, which will help you achieve a long, lean, and strong physique. *Socks are required.
20 minutes body conditioning; 20 minutes core conditioning; 20 minutes stretching = 60 minute great workout.
All fitness levels are welcome to this class that will focus on improving overall flexibility and joint mobility. Excellent complement to any exercise program. No standing poses. Yoga mat is not required.
