Psychoneuroimmunology explores the connection between the psyche, nervous system and immune systems. Mind and body influence each other. Class includes stick stretching, energy warmups and the longevity tree form.

This deep water aerobics class takes place in the lap pool utilizing flotation belts. It offers participants a good core challenge and cardiovascular work out.

This fat-burning dance class gets your heart rate and hips pumping. We take the moves straight from the hottest videos, coolest dance floors and the movie screen and incorporate them into a fat burning, super-fun routine.
All fitness levels are welcome to this class that will focus on improving overall flexibility and joint mobility. Excellent complement to any exercise program. No standing poses. Yoga mat is not required.
