Floor exercises inspired by the work of Joseph Pilates that strengthen your body's core muscles. Pilates exercises strengthen the body from the inside out.
This 60 minute class is designed to help you leave your day behind you. An invigorating vinyasa flow and moving meditation, expect to sweat, followed by deep stretching, breathing technique, and savasana. Beginners welcome! Modifications will be available so that each individual may move at their own pace.
When barefoot training meets strength, cardio, and flexibility in one workout. A proactive workout rooted in functional training that will leave you strong, centered, and actively flexible from the ground up.
This class will challenge the athlete in you! Strength/Speed/Agility combines the boot camp concept with sports conditioning. Students will train strength, flexibility, speed, power and coordination in this class. Come ready to jump, squat, lunge, push, crunch and sweat.
The "Reformer" is the workhorse of all Pilates equipment. It will not only assist you through the more challenging exercises, it can add resistance on easier exercises. Pre-requisite is "Intro to Reformer" or 5 Private Sessions.

Zumba Hip Hop combines motivating Zumba, Hip Hop and current music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participant to dance away their worries with over half the class focused on Hip Hop moves and street dance. It is based on principles that a workout should be FUN AND EASY TO DO.
