TRX Suspension Training® is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise. We’ll focus on exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries.
Indoor rowing primarily works the cardiovascular systems. While cardio focused, rowing also strengthens many muscle groups throughout the body.
TRX isn’t intended to be used for pull ups, please don’t hang on the structure. Thank you for your cooperation.
