In Japanese, "KOO" (“ku”) is the informal and manly way of saying "to eat" in Japanese. This sushi house is packed with various sushi and other hand rolls–the lists is long. It’s not all about sushi and hand rolls though, they have starters and specialty salads including duck breast salad. They also cook from the grills with dishes such as marinated artichoke, godzilla tofu, and stuffed jalapenos.
