Small Group Training

If you like the idea of squeezing in a powerful, high-energy training session in less time, you’ll love Small Group Training (SGT).

Your group training starts with a dynamic warm-up and core training, followed by 40 minutes of intense exercise. You use all club equipment and each session is different. Circuit training stations alternate between muscle groups which, aside from allowing for this speedier workout, also means that your brain switches on and engages in what you’re doing. And that leads to more body awareness in your life. All good things.
