Working out on the road can be challenging with different routines and maybe a different time zone, and without your normal health club or training partners to rely on. That doesn’t mean that exercise needs to take a vacation! Instead take the opportunity to change things up and give your training a fresh new look for a few days. Rather than trying to squeeze in a whole workout between time constraints, just set a target amount of work, and divide it throughout the day.

To start, pick 3-5 exercises using your body weight, then complete your choice from the goals below.

Sample Vacation Workout Goals: Complete:
A) A set number of repetitions of each throughout the day (100 total reps for the day)
B) As many reps as possible in a set amount of time (10-15 minutes)
C) Tabata Style: 20 seconds of WORK, 10 seconds of REST for 8 rounds

Sample Vacation Body-Weight Exercises (Pick 3-5):
Push Ups
Squats
Sit Ups
Jumping Jacks
Supermans
Bench Dips
Pull Ups
Jumping
Knee Tucks
Burpees
V-Ups
Russian Twists
Lunges
